Garden Establishment

Do you want a garden but aren’t quite sure where to start? We can help! Over the last six years we’ve fallen in love with home gardening as a way of having fresh flowers, veggies, and herbs ready at a moment’s notice. No more last-minute runs to the co-op because you need cilantro, there’s some growing right outside your door!

To get started, first we’ll need to assess any areas you wish to garden. Even if you don’t have a yard, don’t worry, you can grow in containers on a front or back patio. In an assessment we’ll look at soil health, amount of sunlight, and water drainage/infiltration to see what kinds of plants will thrive there. There’s always a plant that will grow happily, where there’s soil, there’s life!

The other important thing to ask is: what are your dreams are as a gardener? Do you want to grow food for your home? Do you want to invite butterflies, hummingbirds, and other wildlife? When you close your eyes and imagine the space, what do you see? The possibilities are endless, the only limitations are space and sunlight. 

Once we’ve assessed the land and your garden dreams, we can put hands in action with a garden installation. If you’re interested we’d love to work alongside you, but also we’re happy to do it ourselves if preferred.
